Can anyone explain me why so many people have so many complexes? Why people hate their body. Why when they look at the mirror they say "I'm so ugly" instead of "I'm so beautiful"? It's so sad to see this lack of self-confidence and dissatisfaction of who they are. But it's not their fault that they live in these crazy times when there is only one correct definition of beauty. I just hate the fact that almost every newspaper, every TV programme and web page create this sick vision of perfect man. Sick vision which assumes that everyone have to be thin, tall and without any imperfection. Is it even possible to be ideal? Of course not. Then why so many people try to do this? You know why? Because they believed and trusted somebody who said them that if they are not perfect they are worse. That if they are not perfect they are nothing and they won't achieve anything. Maybe it sounds funny for you but it's sad true. Unfortunately a lot of young girls and boys are not aware of it. They are trying fit themselves into the definition of beauty. But they can't because it's impossible. So what they do then? They fall into complexes, into diseases such as anorexia, bulimia or other eating disorders. They start to hate themselves and they lose motivation to life. They start to be upset and nervous. They can't focus on anything and they think only about how they look. Of course I exaggerating it right now but I just want you to realise how badly pressure of media can influence young people. How it can destroy their lifes. To be clear I completely promote healthy lifestyle but in everything you need to have moderation. Please do not let media to affect you and tell you how to live. Love your body! Remember that you are beautiful, unique and irreplaceable. Be confident. If we all looked the same the world would be boring, wouldn't it Please see beauty which is inside you and don't disturb others to do the same.
HOW TO BECOME MORE CONFIDENT?
These days a lot of people have problem with self-confidence. Every day we are surrounded by false artificially created images of actors, celebrities and models. On television and in newspapers promoted is perfect, unreal appearance of a man. The activities of the media instead of helping make people have more and more complexes and thereby effectively reduce self-esteem. But we should not give in and forget that there are no perfect people. Each of us is unique and special. However, if you have problems with accepting yourself below I will present you a few tips which may be helpful.
1. Do not try to become like someone else
Each of us is different. In the world there are no two identical people. We have different figures, different looks, different characters. Not always hairstyle or dress which your favorite singer has will fit you. You have to accept how you look and try to emphasize your positives.
2. Focus on your strengths
Everyone has disadvantages and complexes. There will always be something that will bother us in our appearance: a thick legs, freckles or a short stature. But we also have a lot of positives and we should focus on them, expose them. Then we will forget about our weaknesses and they will stop disturb us.
3. Do not think about what people think of you
People can be very cruel, especially when they are jealous of something we have. To improve mood and cure their own complexes they laugh at others and offend them very often, not realizing that their actions can hurt the psyche of other person. Therefore it is important to simply not pay attention and don't worry about them. When they see that their jokes don't impress you they will stop.
4. Do not be afraid of changes
Very often lack of confidence stems from dissatisfaction with your present life. People are afraid to make changes and they live according to the routine that does not make them happy. Therefore, if you see in your life any drawbacks just change them! For exapmle, if your high weight bother you try with diet and exercises or if company of some people irritate you stop spending time with them, if you have boring and stressful job, try to find another, which'll be giving you pleasure. Remember changes are for people and we should not be afraid of them!
5. Do not let anyone tell you that you are worse
There will always be someone who will want to prove you that you are worse than him. Always.
Never let it happen. No one is worse than anyone. We are all equally valuable. Everyone has the same chance to get success. So never let negative comments influence you. Think of it more as a motivation to action.Take from them strength to fulfill dreams.
I hope my advice will help you a little bit to reinforce a sense of confidence. Appreciate who you are and show others your value!

Changes. How seriously it sounds. But at the same time a little bit intriguing or maybe frightfully? So many people are fed up of the life, of how they look, how they feel and what they do. They are irritated and bored. They want to change something but at the same time they are so scared that they can't. Instead of it they are still looking for new excuses and justificationes. They say that they are to young and there will be time in the future or that they are too old and that it doesn't make any sense. And they exist, yes exist because it's hard to call it life. They exist letting to be devoured by their dreams. But there is nothing wrong about changes! On the contrary, they help us discover who we really are and what we want to do. They help us to become succesful and happy. And I'm not talking about huge, serious decisions like moving away to the end of the world. I'm talking about little one, little steps which will make us closer to our goals. For example; you want to lose weight. Do not start restrictive diet and don't go to the gim seven times a week. That will make that after some time you will be fed up, you will throw everything and you will come back to unhealthy lifestyle. Start from small change; reduce sweets, and go walking more often. You won't even notice when healthy habits become your integral part of life. Do small challenges which you will truly be able to deal with and they won't exceeded your opportunities. Themselves they are small but combain all together will lead you to the desired success.

Live your life. Such a simple words and yet so underrated. One of the biggest problem of people these days is continuous comparison to others. To friends, familly, celebities. From an early age parents instill children that idea weakening their self-confidence and self-esteem. Everyday we compare our appearance,
behavior or decisions. We try to become like someone else. Someone who
for some reason seems to us better, smarter, ideal. But there are no
perfect people- another simple statement which we also still forget. We
forget that photos of supermodels are retouched million times before they appear on the front pages of newspapers. We forget that eloquently sounding politicians statements are arranged by the staff of educated people. We forget that celebrities life which is wonderfully described in the gossip newspapers is an ordinary fake. And in all this we forget about us. About the fact tak we are the only of it’s kind, exceptional
and inimitable. About the fact that every of us is different, live
differently and do different things and this makes the world beautiful.
These differences between us make it interesting. Live your life! Live in harmony with you, be confident and do not forget that your life is your card and you write it down.
Live without limits

Limitations, lmitations, limitations. Everybody have some. Bigger,
smaller but there are. There are but in our’s brains which means that we
and we alone have control over them. no one else. Only we. But what
they really are those limits? Fear of failure, another disappointment or maybe lack of self confidence? Everyone
is entitled to their own interpretation of limitations, but one thing
is for sure: they refrain us from changes, decisions. They paralyze our
psyche not allowing our dreams come true.They make everything more
difficult, unachievable. They stand in the way to achieve happiness and
success. But is there any way to get rid of them? Of course, but only
if you really want it! Only you control, rule your brain. You set your
boundaries. Discard fear, don’t be pessimist and do not be ashamed of
who you are. Get what you want and show that you can. Forget about
everything what refrain you, be brave! You think: „can not be”. That`s
nothing, you will try again, again and again. Don’t be scared. You have
one life, use it before will be too late!

Seven a.m. Day
like everyday. I’m walking down the street again. And again I’m passing
thousands of people. Thousands of people but everyone so alien, lonely,
locked in their own world. I’m going further, passing crowd of people
racing in various directions, don’t know why, don’t know where. Faster,
faster, slapdash. Everybody think only about getting to office, school
or anywhere else first so as only they were in hurry. Some men is
shouting into the phone trying to change hour of his business meeting
pushing at the same time woman who is just ordering new boots from the
internet. The noise of cars,
shouting people and lots of colorful advertisements and billboards
around, all this make me feel dizzy. I want to ask for direction but as
an answer i hear: „i don’t have time”, „i’m in hurry” or false „I don’t
know”. I’m going further. I’m passing women who is shouting at homeless
men that he is bothering her and at the same time she is writting at her
facebook that she supports so many charites. What an absurd. So many
people but everybody is so lonely, live their life. Everybody close so
as in a glass sphere, trying to isolate themselves from others. Sad.
Soon will be eighth a.m. Good. Everyone soon will get where they were
ruhing. They will close in their offices in their worlds and they will
calmly wait till four p.m when they will be able to go out of their
corporations. And again start to rush don’t know why, don’t know where.
And I will be standing, watching them, trying to slow down to change
them but will i manage to do it on time before toxic world pulls me into
it’s vortex?
